WHAT: 40 minutes of exercises aimed at improving core stability and movement patterns. The exercises target your posterior chain of muscles (glutes/hamstings/low back) with a combination of hip hinge type exercises, and mat work. Foundation Training is a safe and effective exercise program created to help you change the movement patterns that are hurting you. These simple and transformative exercises are designed to heal back pain, and enhance performance.

WHEN: Six Wednesday evenings from 6:15- 7pm, starting 1/6. Class dates are as follows: 1/6, 1/13, 1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10

NEXT SESSION: 2/17, 2/24, 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 3/23

WHO: Dr. Dave Boynton DC has been in practice since 1987. Dr. Dave started racing bikes in 2008, and has been the Team Chiropractor for the BMC ProCycling Team for the last 3 years. Dr. Dave maintains a private practice in North Boulder (www.northboulderchiropractic.com), and has been teaching Foundation Training for the last 5 years. Garmin and BMC have both benefitted from the Foundation program.

COST: Sign up for all classes is $90 ($30 will be donated to Boulder Junior Cycling!)
