MONDAY

Mat Pilates

WHAT: Join Ling TeBockhorst, CPT, for an educational, thorough and challenging conditioning class using the Pilates Method. This group class, designed for cyclists, will teach you how to activate your core so you can put more power to your pedals and rebalance muscular deviations caused by cycling to prevent injury (‘prehab’) and allow you find even greater joy on the bike.

WHERE: Movement Studio within Pro Peloton  – 2516 Broadway

WHEN: Mondays from 6:00 – 7:00pm


TUESDAY

Mountain Bike Group Ride

WHAT: A MTB group ride led by one of our team leaders. This ride requires the use of a mountain bike (hardtail or full suspension) and will consist of beginner to intermediate trails and terrain.  Riders are expected to show up dressed for the weather, have their own repair kits and bring plenty of water and nutrition.  Intensity and duration will be determined by ride leader, the group in attendance and the weather.

Don’t have a bike? We have rentals!  $50-$100 gets you 24 hours. Please reserve your bike ahead of time to make sure it’s ready to ride by Saturday. Reserve your MTB here.

WHERE: We meet at different trailheads weekly – check facebook or call the shop for the meet up location.

WHEN: Ride leaves sharply at 5:30pm.


THURSDAY

Gravel Ride

WHAT: Time to get dirty with one of our BCS ride leaders! The ride will cover an assortment of nearby flat, rolling and climbing friendly dirt road and gravel routes. Riders are expected to show up dressed for the weather, have their own repair kits and bring plenty of water and nutrition. Ride will last about 90 minutes but intensity and duration will be determined by ride leader, the group in attendance and the weather.

WHERE: Meets at BCS North.

WHEN: Ride rolls at 5:30 pm. Show up a bit before to fill up on water and chat.

(Beginning in September, the Gravel Ride will switch over to a Cyclocross Ride/ Clinic).


FRIDAY

Flagstaff Friday Group Ride

WHAT: A great but challenging way to start off the weekend. We will ascend Flagstaff at assorted speeds, regroup at the mailboxes, then descend safely, regroup and head back to Pro P for some fresh coffee and tasty treats.

WHERE: Meet at Pro Peloton  – 2516 Broadway

WHEN: Ride leaves sharply at 7:00am


SATURDAY

BCS Road Team Ride

WHAT: This group road ride is led by our Road Team Leader Justin Hoese. Newcomers are welcome and are encouraged to join the BCS team if you plan to attend more rides. These rides are typically a brisk pace, however intensity and duration are determined by ride leader and the group in attendance. Please come prepared with repair kits, plenty of water and nutrition, and be dressed for the weather.

WHERE: Meet at Boulder Cycle Sport North (4580 Broadway St. Unit B)

WHEN: Saturdays. Meet at 8:45am. Ride leaves sharply at 9:00am.


BRING YOUR RIDING ESSENTIALS: Helmet, food, flat repair kit and a smile!
