Marty Caivano joined the staff at the International Mountain Bicycling Association after twelve years spent mountain biking every hour of the day that wasn’t tied up in other life-sustaining activities. After spending lots of time racing cross-country, Super D and cyclocross, she added mechanic work to her ever-growing love of cycling. It began with neutral service work with Mavic, then grew into more after she attended the United Bicycle Institute and the USA Cycling race mechanics’ clinic. Last year she worked two World Cup mountain bike races with the Scott-3Rox team, and this year Ride the Rockies with Mavic. No matter the venue, her goal is to help others succeed as cyclists.

Jen Szabo found her love of cycling through running and triathlon. As Boulder’s self-appointed leader of the back, Szabo participates in road triathlons, cyclocross and most recently has begun mountain bike and Xterra racing. Her passion is always to enjoy the ride, no matter what it is, and to also ensure others do so as well!
